I have had plenty of experience packing gluten free lunches for my kids and for myself.
While we are no longer required to be gluten-free, I know just how difficult it can be to pack 100% gluten free lunches that kids actually enjoy. But don’t worry, parents, I have you covered with simple, healthy ideas for kid-friendly gluten free lunches.
Gluten Free Lunches
As anyone who is suffering from Celiac disease or had gluten allergy or sensitivity, you know just how important it is to ensure that the lunch is truly 100% free from gluten.
When my son had an allergy to wheat (which he outgrew after several years), I kept my entire house gluten free. It gave me peace of mind to know that there was no risk of cross contamination for him.
But that also meant I had to make gluten free meals and gluten free lunches that my picky husband and my picky daughter would actually enjoy as well. Which could prove to be tricky.
I have found several Gluten Free Lunch Ideas that pleased EVERYONE in my house. And made my wheat free little guy especially happy.
