Welcome to my website! I am so excited to share with you my journey to be a more mindful person and specifically a more mindful mom!
It is my goal to share with you tips on how to be intentional with family time, kids, and cooking with whole foods that are healthy and delicious, all while staying on a budget.
In this busy life our minds are full! We are juggling children, marriage, careers, and so many other things. It is hard to be intentional about the time we have as a mom. My goal is to personally slow down and pray over my time so that I can accomplish more meaningful tasks throughout the day and to be mindful of what I am investing into my family. It is my hope that through my journey, I will be able to share tips with you that can ease your planning time and inspire you to be “mindful” at home. Maybe I will even alleviate some of the burdens on your mind by doing some of the planning for you.
