Crispy Potatoes

* Potatoes: Russet, Yukon Gold, or Red Potatoes * Seasonings: Any seasonings you like * Oil: Just a 1/2 teaspoon of oil is needed

Ingredients Needed

Toss cubed potatoes with the oil and seasonings until well coated. 


Evenly spread out the potatoes into the basket, or tray, of the air fryer. 


Air-fry at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Flip the potatoes or shake the basket well, and air-fry for an additional 8-10 minutes or until crispy.


Serve the potatoes as a simple side dish for dinners or breakfast. They are also delicious used in burritos or as a base of a casserole.
