This recipe is made with sliced summer squash & zucchini, the perfect blend of spices, and uses only a tiny bit of oil.

Evenly spread out into the basket or tray of your air fryer, working in batches if needed. 


Air fry for 7 minutes at 400 degrees, shake the squash and then return to the air fryer and continue cooking at 400 degrees for an additional 5-7 minutes, depending on how golden you like your squash.


Serve as a side dish, use in quesadillas, toss with pasta, or serve in tortillas with avocados for a quick veggie taco.
