Cook spaghetti noodles in boiling water according to package directions. Once cooked, drain but do not rinse.

Whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, crushed red pepper flakes, honey and sesame oil.
Toss the cooked pasta with the prepared sesame dressing. Allow to cool slightly .
Once the noodles are cool to the touch, add in the peppers, broccoli slaw, green onions, and cilantro. Toss to coat, cover, and chill for 1-8 hours.
Right before serving top with sesame seeds.
