Bacon Ranch

POTATO SALAD

Such a yummy twist on potato salad!  At my house, you can't go wrong with bacon and ranch! 🙂

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

*sour cream *mayonnaise *Ranch seasoning *chives

Bake or pan-fry bacon until crispy. Let cook and then crumble into bacon bits.

Cook potatoes in salted water until just fork-tender. Drain well, then  spread out on pan to cool slightly.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the mayo, sour cream, vinegar, and spices for ranch seasoning.

Add the cooled potatoes and cheese to the dressing and gently toss to combine.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Right before serving, stir in the bacon and chives.
