*Mahi Mahi Fillets *Seasonings *Olive Oil *Butter *Lemon Juice

Ingredients

Pat the fish dry with paper towels. This will help the seasoning blend to adhere to the fish, giving it so much flavor.

Mix together salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, thyme, and paprika together. Rub the spice blend evenly over both sides of the fish.

Heat the butter and oil in a large saute pan over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned fish and cook, undistrubed for 3 minutes.

Gently flip the fish over and continue to cook, for an additional 3-4 minutes. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fish and remove from heat.

Serve with grits, mashed potatoes, or rice and enjoy an incredibly flavorful Mahi Mahi Dinner.
