*peeled raw shrimp *panko breadcrumbs *shredded coconut *flour *eggs *Sweet Chili Sauce for serving

Ingredients Needed

Prepare a breading station for the shrimp by setting up 3 shallow dishes. One with flour, one with eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with coconut.

To bread the shrimp, dip the shrimp into the flour mixture, followed by the egg wash, and finally the coconut breading.

Place the breaded shrimp onto a rimmed baking sheet that has been coated well with cooking spray. Spray the tops of the shrimp with cooking spray as well.

Bake flipping halfway until the breading is golden and the shrimp are fully cooked.

Serve immediately with Sweet Chili Sauce.
