*flour                    *sour cream *cornmeal            *butter *creamed corn    *salt *corn                    *sugar *eggs                    *baking soda

Ingredients Needed

In place of a box of jiffy, mix together flour, cornmeal, sugar, salt, and baking soda.

Mix together the eggs, sour cream, melted butter, and corn together until nice and smooth.

Add the flour mixture to the corn mixture and fold together until just combined.

Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
