For the pancake batter you will need butter, flour, milk, eggs, vanilla, salt, & cinnamon if desired. For serving you will need powdered sugar, maple syrup, and berries.
Combine melted eggs, milk, melted butter, flour, salt and cinnamon a blender and blend until smooth.
Place an oven-proof skillet into the oven with a couple tablespoons of butter and heat just until the butter is melted.
Carefully remove the skillet from the oven and pour the batter into the skillet.
Bake until the pancake is set and puffs up slightly in the center and the edges are crisp.
Serve immediately with a dusting of powdered sugar, maple syrup, and fresh berries.
