Easy Black Bean


Made with pantry ingredients in less than 15 minutes, these Black Bean Tacos are a quick dinner recipe that your family is sure to love!

what you need:

for black bean tacos: • hard taco shells • white or yellow sharp   cheddar cheese • black beans • jarred salsa • cumin • smoked paprika • kosher salt • lime zest • Desired Toppings (lettuce,  tomatoes, sour cream,  onions, etc)

Place the taco shells in a baking dish and sprinkle the bottom with cheese. Bake.

Add the black beans to a pan, followed by the salsa, cumin, and paprika. Let the mixture simmer. Remove from heat and stir in lime zest.

Divide the bean mixture among the taco shells. Top with cheese and return them to the oven.

 Serve with desired toppings and an optional avocado mash.
