VEGGIE KABOBS

*Vegetables: Use any variety of peppers, squash, zucchini,  mushrooms and onions you like.  *Marinade: Made with oil, vinegar, and homemade dried onion soup mix. 

Ingredients Needed

In a large bowl whisk together the garlic, spices, oil, and vingar. Add in the vegetables, minus the mushrooms, that have been cut into 1" chunks. Marinate for at least 1 hour.

Once the vegetables have marinated, thread them onto skewers, adding the cleaned mushrooms to the mix, if desired.

Place the kabobs onto a grill preheated to medium and cook for 5 minutes. Rotate the skewers and grill for another 4-6 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
