Ingredients For Marinade
Prepare the marinade by mixing together the yogurt, lemon juice and zest, oregano, and salt.
To marinate the chicken, place it in a large bag and pour the marinade over the chicken, tossing to coat. Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes & up to 4 hours.
Then you can either grill, bake, or pan fry the chicken untill it reaches 165 degrees F. Rest the chiken for 5-10 minutes and enjoy!
