BBQ CHICKEN

*Chicken: Use boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs * Rub: A combination of spices & brown sugar add just the right flavor to chicken. *BBQ Sauce: Use your favorite brand.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

In a small bowl mix together brown sugar, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onoin powder, salt, and pepper together.

Rub the spice mixture evenly over each side of the chicken to evenly coat.

Place the seasoned chicken on a preheated grill or grill pan. Cover and cook for 5 minutes without disturbing. Flip the chicken and cook for an additional 4 minutes.

Brush the chicken breasts with BBQ sauce, flip and cook for 2 minutes. Brush the chicken breasts again with BBQ sauce, flip, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Allow the chicken to rest for 5 minutes and then serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side if desired.
