hash browns, breakfast sausage, shredded cheese, eggs, milk, salt and pepper

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

Brown one pound of breakfast sausage in a skillet until cooked and crumbed.

Place defrosted frozen or fresh hashbrowns in a greased casserole dish.

Spread browned sausage and cheese evenly over hash browns.

Mix together the eggs with seasonings and milk. Pour over the layers of the casserole.

Bake immediately or refrigerate overnight and then bake until the eggs are set and the casserole is golden.
