Blueberry Muffins

These Blueberry Muffins are full of whole grains, naturally sweetened, and dairy-free, yet tender and flavorful. They are absolutely perfect! 

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

*whole wheat flour *blueberries *maple syrup *coconut oil *eggs

*vanilla *baking soda *baking powder *salt *applesauce

In a large mixing bowl, combine  the flour, baking powder, salt, baking soda, and blueberries.

In a small mixing bowl, combine the oil, applesauce, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla and mix well.

Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just combined.

Divide the batter between muffin cups that have been lined or greased well.

Bake the muffins until set and then allow to cool on a cooling rack before enjoying.
