INGREDIENTS NEEDED

basil, pine nuts, garlic olive oil, salt, lemon juice, parmesan cheese, pepper

Toast the pine nuts in a dry skillet until JUST golden.

Place the toasted pine nuts in food processor, along with lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic.

Pulse until everything is combined and then add parmesan and drizzle in olive oil until smooth.

Transfer the pesto to an airtight jar for storage.
