INGREDIENTS NEEDED

*peanut butter           *vanilla *powdered sugar       *salt *chocolate                  *coconut oil

Melt your chocolate in either a large glass jar in a water bath in a slow cooker or in a heat-safe bowl in the microwave.

Spread a couple teaspoons of melted chocolate in each lined muffin cup. Place in the fridge for the chocolate to set.

Mix together the peanut butter, powdered sugar, salt, and vanilla until smooth and thick.

Using about 1 tablespoon of the peanut butter mixture, form a disk of  that is slightly smaller than the base of the muffin cup and place on top of the chocolate.

Top with additional melted chocolate to cover the peanut butter and place back into the fridge to harden. Then serve.

Great recipe and it is so simple to make. The recipe says they will only last for one month in the freezer. That is not a worry in my house. LOL
