Baked Potatoes

Pour 1 ½ cups of cold water into the inner pot of the pressure cooker. Add a metal rack or trivet to the inner pot. 


Place 1 to 8 scrubbed, pierced potatoes on the rack. Cook for 12-22 minutes on high pressure depending on the size of the potatoes. See post for details. 


Allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes and then serve with butter, sour cream, or as desired. 


So I’m a guy with little skill in the kitchen. I normally bake potatoes in the oven like most people I guess but I was rushed today so I searched for a recipe, found this one and tried it. As long as I have an Insta pot this is how I’ll do potatoes. They were perfect! Like the best I’ve ever had, perfect.
