*Oil *Bratwursts *Onion *Pale beer *Sauerkraut
Turn the Instant Pot to saute, add in a bit of oil. While the oil is heating, pierce each bratwurst. Once the oil is heated, add in the bratwursts and sear on each side until just browned.
Add in a bit more oil to the pot and the sliced onion and saute for 2 to 3 minutes. Once the onions are soft turn the Instant Pot off.
Add the beer and use a spatula to scrape up any browned bits. Place the brats back into the inner pot. and top with sauerkraut. Place the lid on the pressure cooker and set it to High Pressure for 6 minutes.
Serve as desired!
