Turn the Instant Pot to saute and heat. Season the pork with salt, pepper, cumin, and oregano and sear on all sides in heated Instant Pot.
Turn the saute function off. Add in the beer and orange juice and scrape up any browned bits on the bottom of the inner pot.
Seal the Instant Pot & cook for 40 minutes on high pressure. Once cook time has elapsed, let pressure release naturally.
Shred the pork using 2 forks or a handheld mixer.
If desiring crispy meat, place the shredded pork onto a sheet pan with ½ cup of the cooking liquid. Broil for 3-5 minutes per side.
Serve in flour tortillas, corn tortillas, or taco shells topped with cabbage, queso fresco, and cilantro.
