Chicken Tacos

Can use fresh or frozen chicken.






Pour in chicken broth into inner pot. Mix in taco seasoning. Place chicken in liquid. 


Top the chicken with salsa and seal instant pot shut. Cook on high pressure for 7 minutes for fresh chicken.


Once cook time has elapsed, let the pressure release naturally for at least 10 minutes. Then shred with a mixer or 2 forks. 


Stir in zest and juice of fresh lime juice for bright flavor.


Serve the shredded taco meat in tortillas, burritos, enchiladas, and with your favorite toppings.
