Instant Pot Ham
Say Good-Bye to Dried-Out Ham with this recipe--so easy and so juicy!
Prepare a glaze by combining pineapple juice, honey, and brown sugar.
Place boneless, sliced ham on foil and pour glaze over ham, being sure to get inbetween slices.
Wrap tightly in foil and place on rack in instant pot over 1.5 cups of cold water.
Cook for 2 minutes per pound PLUS 10 minutes to account for foil with a natural pressure release.
Serve ham with cooking juices.
