This recipe is made with all the classic players: shrimp, corn, sausage, potatoes, beer, and Old Bay seasoning.
Layer the potatoes, sausage, and corn in that order inside the inner pot of the Instant Pot. Top with garlic and bay leaves.
Place frozen, jumbo shrimp on top of the corn.
Pour in beer or stock over the shrimp. Pour fresh lemon juice over the shrimp and then sprinkle with the Old Bay Seasoning
Set the cooking time to 2 minutes on high pressure. Once cook time has elapsed, do a quick-release of pressure right away.
Mix together melted butter, parsley, and lemon juice and toss over the shrimp boil. Serve immediately.
