We love this recipe so much! It is quick and easy and oh-so-delicious! I use it for lasagna and our stuffed bell peppers, as well as spaghetti.

*tomato puree *vegetable broth *red wine *olive oil *onion *garlic

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

*tomato paste *honey *butter *dried spices *salt & pepper

Using the saute function, saute minced onion in olive oil until softened.

Add in the wine and scrape up any browned bits off bottom of inner pot.

Add in the broth, garlic cloves, and dried spices to the inner pot.

Add in the tomato puree or crushed tomatoes.

Dollop tomato paste over the sauce and drizzle with honey and dollop with butter.

Pressure cook rfor 25 minutes with a natural pressure release.

Give everything a good stir, removing the bay leaves and crushed garlic as you see them.
