What You Need

Ground Beef

Beef Broth

Egg Noodles

Mushooms

Onion

Garlic

Dried Onion Soup

Red Wine

Worcestershire

Sour Cream

Turn the Instant Pot to saute and add in oil and heat. Saute the meat and onions until lightly browned.

Add in mushrooms, garlic, and homemade blend of spices and saute for a couple minutes.

Add in wine and scraped up any browned bits. Then add in stock and noodles.

Pressure cook for 5 minutes with 5 minutes natural pressure release and then stir in sour cream.

Serve and enjoy pure comfort food!
