Turn the instant pot to saute and brown the beef until cooked. Drain off grease if needed.
Add in the beef broth and scrape up any browned bits. Add water, season with taco seasoning, and add in the noodles.
Push the noodles into the liquid to submerge. Top with tomato sauce & salsa. Do not stir!
Pressure cook for 3 minutes with 5 minutes of natural pressure release.
Add in the cheese and sour cream and stir to evenly combine.
Dish out the taco pasta and top with your favorite taco toppings, as desired.
