This Vegetarian Tikka Masala is hearty, flavorful, and vegan-friendly recipe   that is ready in less than 30 minutes.

Using the saute function, saute the onions, tomato paste, and spices until the spices are fragrant and the onion has softened.

Turn off the saute function and add in a bit of broth. Scrape up any browned bits off bottom of inner pot.

Add the remaining broth,  diced tomatoes, and chickpeas. Place the cauliflower on top of the mixture.

Pressure cook on high pressure for 2 minutes. After the cooking time has elapsed do a quick release of any remaining pressure.

Turn the Instant Pot back to saute and add in frozen peas and coconut milk.

Saute for 3-5 minutes, until warmed through and thickened.
