Instant Pot Pasta is an easy one-pot family favorite recipe! This simple dump-and-go recipe results in a creamy, cheesy pasta that is perfectly cooked!
Kids loved it and was so easy to make.
Let's get cooking!
Mix together the broth, wine, and seasonings together. Add the pasta.
Top the pasta with diced tomatoes.
Add spaghetti sauce and spread it evenly over the pasta.
Add spaghetti sauce and spread it evenly over the pasta. Dollop with ricotta cheese.
Pressure cook on high on for 5 minutes. Let pressure release naturally for exactly 5 minutes then do a quick release of pressure.
Stir the pasta into the sauce. Add the cheese and place the lid on the inner pot and let the cheese melt for 2-3 minutes.
Once the cheese has melted , stir into the pasta and top with fresh parsley if desired.
Dish the pasta out and serve with additional parmesan if desired.
The cooking time for the pasta was spot on - pasta came out perfectly al dente. Added this to my list of favorite Instant Pot recipes. Thank you so much for sharing it with us!
