TURKEY TACO SKILLET

Made with ground turkey, tons of veggies, cheese, and seasoned to perfection, this low-carb taco skillet is an easy, tasty meal.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

*ground turkey         *zucchini *onions              *red pepper *garlic          

*jalapeno          *salsa *taco seasoning *cheese *lime       

Over medium-high heat, saute ground turkey until nearly cooked through, breaking the turkey up as it cooks.

Add in the onion, pepper, zucchini, and jalapeno. Saute until the  until the onion begins to become translucent.

To season the turkey and vegetables, add in taco seasoning and garlic and toast saute for just 1 minute.

Add in salsa and simmer until the mixture is warmed through and bubbly.

Add shredded cheddar and let melt.

Serve with cilantro if desired and dig into a simple, wholesome meal.
