No-Churn ice cream is made with just 3 ingredients: heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract.
In a large bowl, whisk the vanilla into the sweetened condensed milk.
In a separate large bowl, use a hand mixer or a stand mixer to whip the cream until soft peaks occur, being careful not to overwhip.
Using a spatula, gently fold the whipped cream into the sweetened condensed milk mixture.
Pour into 9x5 loaf pan lined with parchment paper and cover with plastic wrap. Freeze at least 4 hours or overnight.
Serve as desired.
