This recipe for no knead bread is made without special equipment, only a few minutes of prep, and produces the most delicious hearty, rustic bread.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

Combine the water, yeast, salt, and flour together.  Cover the mixing bowl with plastic wrap and let sit out overnight.

After the dough has risen, shape it into a circle.

Drop the shaped bread into a preheated pan and bake for 30 minutes covered, 15 minutes uncovered.

Remove the bread from the dutch oven and allow to cool.
