The World's Best Meatballs

What You Need

The lineup of ingredients is extensive, but most of the ingredients  are staples you will find already stocked in your pantry.

Mix together the seasonings, Parmesan, egg, milk, a bit of stock, and breadcrumbs together.

Add the meat and mix until JUST combined, being careful to not overmix.

Roll meatballs into  1 inch circles, and then place onto a lightly greased  rimmed sheet pan.

Pour broth around meatballs to keep them light and tender and then bake. The broth will be evaporated as they bake.

Serve with your favorite marinara sauce.

I made these meatballs for your meatball sub recipe last night .. OH MY GOODNESS!!! Absolutely DELISH! My 2 teenage boys raved about them !!! Best meatballs I have ever made
