These shrimp tacos are made with seasoned shrimp, a bright, creamy cabbage slaw, and of course toppings of your choise.
To make the cilantro lime slaw mix together yogurt, cilantro, lime juice, and kosher salt together. Add the cabbage and toss.
Place the shrimp in a mixing bowl with olive oil, lime zest, and the spices and toss to coat.
Add the shrimp to a heated skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes flipping once. Once cooked toss with lime juice.
Serve the sauteed shrimp with slaw, avocados, and hot sauce in corn or flour tortillas.
