Alfredo

Made in one pan, with a creamy light alfredo sauce, this Easy Fettuccine Alfredo is the perfect dinner for busy nights!

what you need:

• broth • salt & pepper • garlic • butter • milk • grated nutmeg • fettuccine • Parmesan Cheese

Combine the broth, garlic, salt, and pepper in a large, deep saucepan. Then, add the pasta.

step 1

Bring the mixture to a boil and reduce to a simmer, stirring often. Add in the milk, butter, and nutmeg and cook until the noodles are tender and absorb the sauce.

step 2

Once pasta is tender, remove from heat then toss with the Parmesan.
