Boil jumbo shells for 2 minutes less than the package directions state in heavily salted water.

Combine ricotta cheese, parmesan, egg, and seasonings in a mixing bowl.

Use a spoon to spoon about 1/4 cup  of the ricotta mixtures into each shell.

Place the stuffed shells into a casserole dish and cover with spaghetti sauce and shredded mozzarella cheese.

Bake until the cheese is melted and browned and the shells are warmed through.
