Tabbouleh

*Bulgur wheat *Olive oil *Lemon juice *Kosher salt *Garlic

INGREDIENTS NEEDED

*Parsley  *Mint leaves *Tomatos  *English cucumber *Green onions

Prepare the bulgur wheat according to the package directions. Once the bulgur is soaked, fluff with a fork.

Prepare the finely chopped herbs, by pulsing them a few times in a food processor.

Thinly slice the green onions, deseed and finely chop the tomatoes, and finely chop the cucumbers.

Add the minced herbs, tomatoes, cucumbers, and green onions to the bulgur, lemon juice, olive oil, grated garlic, salt and toss to  combine.

Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before sering as a side dish or salad.

This is a new favorite for us! We made it at home and then made it for a party and everyone was  wow-ed! We will be making this one again for sure!
