This coffee cake features a light, moist sour cream cake batter, a rich cinnamon swirl, and a buttery streusel for layers of perfection.

Ingredients Needed

In a small bowl mix together the ingredients for the cinnamon swirl and set aside.

Prepare the streusel by using your fingers to cut butter into the flour, sugar, and nut mixture until crumbly. Set aside.

Prepare the cake batter by creaming the sugar, butter, and eggs and then folding in the sour cream and dry ingredients.

Spread half the cake batter into a buttered pan and then top with the cinnamon swirl mixture.

Dollop the remaining cake batter over the cinnamon layer and then top with the streusel.

Bake until the cake is set and the streusel is golden.

After cooling, slice the cake and serve.
