*white fish fillets *chili powder *cumin *garlic powder *paprika *salt & pepper *fresh limes

*red onion *cilantro *mayonnaise *chipotles in adobe sauce *corn tortillas *cabbage

In a small bowl, combine spices, salt, and lime zest.

Rub the spice mixture evenly over the fish fillets. Drizzle with olive oil and bake until the fish flakes easily.

Combine the cabbage, lime juice, red onion, salt, and cilantro together for the slaw. In a seperate bowl, mix together the mayo and adobe sauce.
