The World's Best Meatballs

INGREDIENTS

The lineup of ingredients is extensive, but most of the ingredients are staples you will find already stocked in your pantry and will give the meatballs so much flavor.

Mix together the seasonings, Parmesan, egg, milk, a bit of stock, and breadcrumbs together.

Add the meat and mix until JUST combined, being careful to not overmix.

Roll meatballs into  1 inch circles, and then place onto a lightly greased  rimmed sheet pan.

Pour broth around meatballs to keep them light and tender and then bake. The broth will be evaporated as they bake.

Serve plain or with with your favorite marinara sauce and pasta.
