Roll out pie dough into ¼ inch thick circle and place into 9 inch pie pan. Trim off excess pie dough and crimp edges using your fingers. Brush with egg wash and pop into the refrigerator to chill.


Whisk together eggs with cream, onion powder, salt and pepper until creamy and well combined. 


Remove the pie crust from the refrigerator and top with 1 cup of diced ham and 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and then top with egg mixture.


Bake at 375 degrees until eggs are set, about 30-35 minutes, checking on pie crust after 25 minutes. The quiche is done when the edges are set, but the center wiggles slightly.


Allow to rest for 15 minutes and then slice and serve.


We love Quiche and  this was perfect!  We can't wait to make it again !
