EASY TURKEY GRAVY

Ingredients Needed

This turkey gravy recipe can be made with or without drippings and is perfectly creamy and fully of flavor. 

Form a roux by melting butter in a saucepan. Whisk in flour to create a thick paste.

Gradually whisk in the wine and stock (or drippings) and fresh herbs.

Bring the mixture to a boil then reduce the heat and simmer until the gravy coats a spoon, whisking constantly.

Strain the gravy over a fine-mesh strainer to remove any lumps and the fresh herbs.

Serve the gravy over turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing--however you like it!
