This turkey casserole is made with noodles, leftover turkey, and mushrooms folded into a creamy sauce topped with a crispy  bread crumb topping. 


Saute mushrooms in melted butter. Add in flour to form a roux. 


Slowly whisk in the sherry and cook until evaporated. Add the stock, milk, & seasonings & simmer until thickened.


Add in cooked noodles and cubed chicken and toss to coat. 


Spread the mixture in a buttered baking dish and top with the breadcrumb & parmesan topping. 


Bake and serve!
