• Russet Potatoes • Olive Oil • Kosher Salt • Milk • Butter • Sour Cream • Cheese • Pepper • Garlic Powder • Onion Powder

Prepare potatoes. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Roll to coat. Bake and let cool.

Slice potatoes in half and scoop out the flesh. Meanwhile, place butter and milk into a container and microwave.
