Chocolate Cherry Protein Balls
These No Bake Protein Balls are made with dates, dried cherries and rich dark chocolate for a healthier sweet treat.

Ingredients

dried cherries

cup
dried diced dates
unsweetened

almonds
or any nut you prefer

tablespoons
chocolate chips
Instructions
Soak dates and cherries for 10 minutes in hot water to soften the dried fruit.
Drain fruit and place in food processor. Add in almonds, chocolate chips, and dash of salt. until paste forms in food processor.
Process until ingredients come together and dates and nuts break down and a "batter" forms.
Using 1 tablespoon of the mixture, shape into 1 inch balls.
Chill until ready to eat.
