Spread a thin layer (about 1-2 tablespoons) of sauce of choice or refried beans on each pita bread. Top with toppings of choice (pepperoni, olives, cooked chicken, sausage, taco meat, tomatoes, etc) and shredded cheese of choice. Place the assembled pita bread pizzas on a baking sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes, until the cheese has melted.
Remove the pita pizzas from the oven and let them rest for 2-3 minutes before slicing and enjoying.
