Peppermint Bark Popcorn

Homemade air popped popcorn is tossed with white chocolate and crushed candy canes for an easy peppermint bark popcorn treat.

  • 8 cups air popped popcorn
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate morsels or chunks
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate morsels or chunks
  • 2 large candy canes crushed


  • Melt chocolate in microwave on 50% power, stirring every 30 seconds until melted completely.
  • Place Popcorn in large bowl, fitted with a lid. Drizzle with dark chocolate and toss. Drizzle with white chocolate and toss. Sprinkle with peppermint candy canes and toss again. Spread out on cookie sheets to dry.
  • Once dry, store in airtight container or package for gifts.
