Instructions
In the base of the blender, add the coconut milk and pineapple juice. Add the banana, pineapple, and kale on top of the coconut milk and juice.
Place the lid on the blender and blend on high speed until the smoothie is smooth and creamy and the kale is broken down completely.
For best results, serve immediately.
Notes
The nutrition values are based on using full-fat coconut milk. Coconut Milk: Canned is best in terms of flavor. Either low-fat or full-fat canned coconut milk works in this smoothie recipe.Pineapple: Fresh or frozen bananas or pineapple can be used. I do not recommend canned pineapple. Kale: Feel free to use spinach in place of kale. And baby kale is best--it breaks down easier.
