Set up a breading station with 3 shallow dishes. Combine flour and  seasoned salt in one, whisk eggs, water, and salt together in a second dish, and combine panko with seasoned salt in third dish.

Dip the chicken tenders into the flour, shaking off excess. Dip into the egg wash, and then finally into panko, using your hands to help panko adhere to the chicken.

Place breaded chicken strips on a baking rack over a sheet pan. Coat well with cooking spray.
