Cheez-It Crackers

In a food processor, pulse freshly grated cheese with salt, onion powder, & butter until crumbs form.  Add in flour and cold water and mix until just combined.

Form the dough into a flattened circle and chill for at least 1 hour.

 Roll dough out to about 1/8 inch thick and then cut into 1/2 inch squares.

Place onto a baking sheet and poke a hole into the center or each square.

Bake until golden and edges are slightly browned.
